Production time, pickup and shipping
Most orders are ready in 3–5 business days after you approve the mockup. Pick up locally in Katy, TX, or we ship anywhere in the US; shipping cost is shown at checkout. Need it by a specific date? Tell us before you order.
Artwork and file tips
Best files: SVG, PDF or a PNG with a transparent background. If you only have a photo or screenshot of your logo, send it anyway and we will tell you if it works. How to prepare your logo for printing.
Volume pricing for teams
